6-30-16Happy Thursday to all of the Glen Summit Spring Water fans out there!  To celebrate the end of yet another workweek, we have a little fun fact on water for you.

Did you know that drinking just two bottles of water a day can protect against the development of high blood sugar?  In 2011, a study done by French researchers found that those who drank two bottles or more of water per day had significantly lower blood sugar than those who did not.  Those who consumed over 34 ounces of water had a 21% less chance to develop hyperglycemia over the next nine years than those who did not.

Just another fascinating thing that water does for our bodies.  With the right mindset and proper hydration, water can work miracles on your body.
