3-24-16It’s Thirsty Thursday, and in honor of such a water-related day, we thought that we would share a few tips on eliminating excessive thirst from your day.  While the obvious fix is just to drink water throughout the day, there are other simple things that you can do to eliminate the need to go to the water cooler every few minutes.

Keeping a regulated diet is just one easy way to quench the thirst bug nagging you throughout the day.  A diet consisting of various and plentiful amounts of fruits and vegetables will help your body retain the fluids and nutrients it needs to keep going.  Also, opting for smaller, more frequent meals as opposed to few, very large meals will help your body balance its fluids.
