4-5-16Drinking more water throughout the day can prove to be a difficult challenge, but with the right mindset, you can easily slip it into your daily routine without even noticing.  For example, having a glass of water right after you get up in the morning is not only an easy way to get more water into your system, but it is also a fantastic way to start your day.  Or, every time you take a bathroom break at work, head on over to the water cooler and drink a cup of water.  You could take a sip before every meal, or even get an app on your phone that tracks how many glasses you have drunk throughout the day.  When adding water into your diet, there is no “wrong” way to do it; your imagination is the limit!  However, just make sure that you’re drinking all-natural spring water, like the water we bottle, to ensure that you are filling your body with the best water on Earth!
