For the last few years, a movement has been growing around what is called “clean eating” – consuming food in its rawest and purest form that is fresh, clean and organic. There are many benefits subscribing to this way of eating, and when it comes to drinking water, the benefits of hydrating with water in its absolutely purest form are aplenty as well.
Spring water is what we call “living water”- unprocessed – like water found in snow and ice and fresh fruits.
Quality spring water avoids all of the contaminants that tap water may contain, including fluoride, chloride and calcium. Because tap water is also processed, it can not be considered living anymore. There is much to be said about a simpler society that lived on the earth centuries ago that didn’t have tap water. They were less sick and suffered with less disease. Both their food and their water was resourced in the most natural way possible – by the people themselves.
At Glen Summit, we have held up this integrity for centuries as well, delivery to our customers and clients water in its purest form, for the benefit of optimal health.
If you’re “eating clean”, are you “drinking clean” as well?
It’s definitely a consideration you should make.
