Hey there Glen Summit Spring Water fans!  With the change in calendars comes the change in attitude and goals, and several new promises have been made to create a “new you.”  Well, in the midst of all of these promises, we hope that you’ll add on one more to your list: hydration.

Hydration is absolutely something that we all take for granted, as we think we are hydrated when we really are not.  If you are reading this and have not had a single glass of water all day, then chances are very high that you are not properly hydrated.  Sure, drinking liquids of any kind will help, but nothing is as good to keep you properly hydrated than all-natural spring water.  In this coming year, we hope that you will pay more attention to your water intake, as it is the one thing that can truly keep the doctor away.
